Our ordinary order processing time takes 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). What happens if the item I ordered is not available immediately?
If you order an item that is not in stock we will notify you that the goods are not in stock and when to expect delivery.
We ship most orders from our warehouse in Czech Republic, EU.
Standard intra-European shipping
Shipping charges to the customer are not charged. Shipping includes shipping insurance.
Standard intra-European shipping is our main form of cost-effective delivery within the continent of Europe. Any other freight requests need to be made by going to Contact Us.
We use different European carriers depending on the size of the item. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped. Delivery time is not guaranteed by the carrier.
If you would like a specific shipping method, please Contact Us and we will arrange a surcharge for this service.
We offer “Express delivery” as an additional service. Shipping includes shipping insurance.
The service is provided by the carrier and provides better guarantees for the delivery of the goods than with standard delivery.
The carrier guarantees delivery “within x working days following the date of submission”.
However, delivery is subject to current transport capacity in Europe.
